Q: What is ADP?
A: ADP is our employee self-service account available for all employees. In ADP you will have access to employee training, employee documents, pay statements, tax documents, employment information, etc.
Q: Where in ADP can I view employee resources regarding company policies, benefits, and other important employee information?
A: All employee resources can be found under the Resources Tab in ADP. If you navigate to the Forms Library under the Company Information section you will be able to review our employee handbook, benefits guide, benefit flyers, PHI incident reports, New Hire First Day agendas, etc.
Q: How do I view my profile in ADP?
A: You have two profiles in ADP: (1) your employee profile and (2) your personal profile. Your employee profile will have details regarding your department, your salary, your hire date, your position start date, your supervisor, etc. Your personal profile is where you can review and edit your personal information such as your legal name, your preferred name, mailing address, contact information, etc.
Q: What employee changes or tasks do I need to do through ADP?
A: Almost everything is managed through ADP! Here is a list of common HR tasks that you can initiate through ADP:
