A: You can review our Benefits Guide in the Forms Library in ADP Workforce Now. The Benefits Guide will give you information regarding all of the benefits we have available to employees. You will also have access to the flyers for our benefits that give you more details for specific benefits.
Q: I have recently started with the company and would like to know when my benefits will become active.
A: As a new employee, you have 30 days to enroll in Benefits. If you enroll in Benefits through Liviniti they will become active the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Q: Can I enroll in benefits at any time?
A: No, you can only enroll or change your benefit selections:
- Within your first 30 days with the company
- During Open Enrollment
- If you have a Qualifiying Life Event
If you have any questions about your benefit enrollments please submit an HR Ticket.
Q: What is a Qualifying Life Event?
A: Qualifying Life Events include:
- Marriage or divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Start or loss of medical coverage
- Dependent turning 26
- Death of someone who shares your health coverage
These life-changing situations can be unexpected or planned - either way, make sure to notify HR within 30 days of the event to make changes (if needed) to your benefits!
Q: Now that I am enrolled in Benefits how can I locate a provider?
A: For the ELAP HDHP and the ELAP PPO,
- Log into miBenefits: https://mibenefits.ebms.com/auth/login?logout
- Select "Find a Provider"
- Search for the provider in question
For the Cigna Dental
- Access https://hcpdirectory.cigna.com/web/public/consumer/directory
- Choose “Employer or School”
- After choosing either “Doctor by Type,” “Doctor by Name” or “Health Facilities,” and searching, you will be able to either log in or continue as a guest
- If you continue as a guest, choose “Total Cigna DPPO” as the network
